PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING
You must be 18 years or older to use our sunbeds. Customers under 25 are required to provide valid photo ID on their first visit. Failure to do so will result in refusal of sunbed use.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your email address is used to complete your registration with Sapphire and to send booking confirmations and appointment reminders. Your personal information will not be shared with any third parties.
By accepting this agreement, you consent to us storing and using your data strictly for the purposes outlined above. All personal details are kept securely on a web-based, bank-grade database and are not used for any other reason. Our full Privacy Policy can be found on our website.

IMPORTANT SUNBED SAFETY INFORMATION
Using a sunbed should be approached with the same care as exposure to natural sunlight. Tanning should be increased gradually over time. Do not tan again if any redness from a previous session remains.
Contact lenses and glasses must be removed before use. CE-approved protective eyewear must be worn at all times. Keep your eyes closed and do not look directly at the UV lamps. Do not touch, interfere with, or tamper with any part of the sunbed or light tubes.
All make-up, lipstick, perfumes, and fragranced lotions should be removed prior to tanning, as these products may cause irritation or skin reactions.
Only lotions specifically designed for sunbed use are permitted. Any tanning products not purchased from our salon must be approved by staff before use to ensure they do not damage the acrylics. This includes oils and popular TikTok products. Use of banned products will result in immediate account closure.
If you experience adverse reactions to sun exposure, or if you have any medical conditions including (but not limited to) epilepsy, diabetes, heart conditions, abnormal blood pressure, hormonal disorders, migraines, hypertension, dizziness, fainting, heat rash, cold sores, moles, or allergies — or if you are currently under medical care — you must seek medical advice before using a sunbed. Sunbed use is not permitted during pregnancy. Staff at Sapphire are unable to provide medical advice.

BOOKINGS & REFUNDS
I understand that tanning minutes will be deducted from my account if I fail to cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least one hour’s notice.
I understand that unused or expired minutes are non-refundable.

DECLARATION
I confirm that I have read and understood this agreement and have sought medical advice where appropriate. I agree to inform Sapphire of any changes to my medical circumstances.
I confirm that I am 18 years of age or over and believe myself to be fit and suitable to use UV tanning equipment.
